Raimund E. Walch graduated from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Robert Gordon University Aberdeen (Scotland). He has been licensed to practice law since 1996. He is accredited by the Berlin Bar Association as a specialist in the area of Construction Law (‘Fachanwalt für Bau- und Architektenrecht’).
His professional focus is on private building construction law and on commercial and corporate law. He advises eastern European clients doing business in Germany, especially with respect to legal issues involving residence and work permits.
